Definition:

Offers the possibility to manage your files in a reserved folder (Users) inside TechGems folder. You can Create, Rename and Delete subfolders inside the folder Users with the appropirate buttons on the upper right part of the User Library window, and Add, Export and Delete or Open the files that are stored in the folder using the buttons in the lower part of tool's window.
